A Man's Best Friend

Las Laguna Gallery in Laguna Beach, California invites artists working in all media to submit works with the theme of "dog" for this call for art. The exhibition celebrates the wonderful companion we call dog, exploring the relationship between domestic dogs and humans.

All local, national, and international artists—professional and amateur—working in multiple art mediums are welcome to apply. Accepted media include photography, fabric, mixed media, paintings, and drawings in oil, acrylic, ink, graphite, pastels, and other materials. Work must be able to be hung on a wall; sculpture and video are not accepted at this time. Maximum size is 4 feet. No work requiring special installation or instructions will be accepted.

Entry fee is $35.00, with an additional $5.00 media fee. Submit 1-15 images. Entry deadline is February 15, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. MST. Contact [email protected] for questions.
