A Generous Kingdom: Art that explores symbolism, story, and beyond

Verum Ultimum Art Gallery in Portland, Oregon is accepting submissions for "A Generous Kingdom," a group exhibition featuring art that explores symbolism, story, and beyond. The competition is open to all 2D and 3D artists, national and international, working in painting, drawing, photography, graphics, digital, and sculpture. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Wall-mounted works must not exceed 60" in height or width.

Submit 1-3 artworks as digital JPG images with a $35 entry fee. Selected artists will be notified by email no later than November 10, 2016. Accepted artwork must be received by November 26, 2016. The exhibition opens December 3, 2016 and runs through early January, with an opening reception. The exhibition will be posted on the Verum Ultimum Gallery website, and one artist will be featured in an online blog post interview.

All works in the show must be for sale. The gallery takes a 40 percent commission on all sales, with the artist determining the sale price. Artists retain all copyrights to their work.
