A Fine Craft Exhibition

IU Kokomo Downtown Gallery is seeking submissions in a variety of fine craft media including ceramics, woodworking, textiles, jewelry, glass, and other fine craft forms. Any form of fine craft created within the last two years is acceptable. This juried exhibition is open to all artists over the age of 18 who reside in the United States. All work must be original and accurately represented in jpeg images (files not to exceed 5MB). For 3D works, detail images can be emailed separately. The entry fee is $25 per artist, invoiced upon submission regardless of acceptance.

Professional presentation is required. 2D artwork must be framed with a secure hanging method; canvas sides and staples must be covered. Sculptures should be fully assembled, structurally sound, and include detailed installation instructions if necessary. Delivery and pick-up of artwork is the artist's responsibility. Artists may drop off and pick up work during gallery hours or ship work in a sturdy, reusable box with a prepaid return shipping label. Any work not picked up 30 days after the exhibition ends becomes the property of the gallery.

Entries due: 8/25/2021. Notifications to artists on or before: 9/1/2021. Artwork delivery: 9/16/2021-9/18/2021 (during gallery hours). Exhibition dates: 10/1/2021-10/22/2021. Opening reception: 10/1/2021, 5:30pm-9:00pm. Artwork pick-up: 10/23, 10/28-10/30/2021 (during gallery hours). Gallery hours: Thursday 1:00pm-7:00pm, Friday 11:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm-4:00pm.
