A Fair in the Park 2025

A Fair in the Park is a 56-year-old, artist run, fine arts festival that takes place in beautiful Mellon Park located in Pittsburgh's affluent Shadyside neighborhood. The Fair is free to the public and draws strong community support. This show is consistently rated one of Sunshine Artist's Top Fine Art and Design Shows. The Fair features drive up loading and unloading (weather permitting) amenities include free parking, security, booth sitting and a Saturday night artists' party with complimentary food and drinks.

This 3-day weekend event is produced by The Craftsmen's Guild of Pittsburgh and welcomes artists from across the country. The Fair is held in two levels of the beautiful, tree lined, Mellon Park in Shadyside and features up to 110 artisans. Accepted categories include Clay, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry (precious and non-precious), Metal, Mixed-Media, Wood, 2D Visual Arts, and Leather. Application fee is $35 and booth fee is $450. Artists must provide 4 images and a booth shot. Commercial grade white tents (10x10 only) are required, and electricity is not provided.

Show hours are Friday, September 5th, 1 PM - 7 PM; Saturday, September 6th, 10 AM - 7 PM; and Sunday, September 7th, 10 AM - 5 PM. All work must be conceived, designed and executed by the participating artist, and exhibiting artists must be present all three days of the show. Liability insurance naming The Craftsmen's Guild of Pittsburgh as additional insured is required with minimum coverage of $500,000.
