9th Annual Juried Photography Show

The Flagler County Art League (FCAL), a non-profit art association located in Palm Coast, Florida, invites submissions of up to four entries to the 9th Annual Juried Photography Show. The show will be displayed in the FCAL Gallery and on the organization's website. This open-themed exhibition gives photographers and photographic artists an opportunity to showcase their work. Shows are open to all artists and photographers in the United States, regardless of geographic location.

Entry Requirements: Entries must be original work created and conceived by the artist, untouched by instructors and not created in a class or workshop. No mass-produced work. Entries must have been produced within 3 years of the show date and must not have been entered in any previous FCAL judged show. The entry fee is $20 per piece with a limit of 4 entries per artist. Digital images must be cropped to the edges of the artwork, with the longest side between 1500-2500 pixels, and saved as JPEG format with a maximum file size of 5.0 MB. Physical artwork must be 2-dimensional only, with wall-hung entries not exceeding 48 inches on any side and no side less than 11 inches. All wall-hung entries must have a hanging wire securely attached with the apex 3 inches below the top edge of the frame.

Awards and Sales: Four cash prizes will be awarded: Best of Show ($200), First Place ($175), Second Place ($125), and Third Place ($75). All award winners receive certificates. Accepted work will be displayed in the gallery and virtually on FCAL's website. FCAL handles all sales transactions and retains a 25% commission from sales plus any shipping costs incurred. Artists are responsible for round-trip shipping and insurance of artwork. Shipped work must arrive by January 5, 2021. Drop-off work must arrive by January 6, 2021 between 9 am-12 noon. The show runs January 9-February 9, 2021. Pickup of unsold work is February 10, 2021 between 10 am-1 pm. For questions, contact [email protected].
