97th Annual All-Media Exhibition

Established in 1922, the All-Media Exhibition at the Ann Arbor Art Center has a long and rich history. This juried competition is open to all artists over the age of 18 who currently reside in the Great Lakes region, including Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

Artists may submit up to three images per $35 entry in any combination of individual artwork or detail images. Artworks must have been created within the past two years and not previously shown in any other Ann Arbor Art Center exhibitions. Artwork dimensions must not exceed 72" in any direction. The jurying process is anonymous; however, artists must submit a bio and CV as separate .doc or .pdf documents labeled using the format: Lastname_Firstname_Bio and Lastname_Firstname_CV. Submissions are digital only and non-refundable.

The juror is Leslie Raymond, director of the Ann Arbor Film Festival since 2013. Awards include Best of Show ($500), Second Place ($200), Third Place ($100), and two Honorable Mentions. Artists will be notified of selections by September 23 via email. Accepted artwork must arrive ready to hang and is due by Saturday, October 12. The exhibition runs October 18 - November 15, with an opening reception on Friday, October 18. Work pickup is available Sunday, November 17 - Sunday, November 24, 2019. Accepted artworks should preferably be for sale; the Art Center retains a 50% commission on all sold artwork. Artists are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance.
