96th Annual All-Media Exhibition

Established in 1922, the Annual All-Media Exhibition at the Ann Arbor Art Center accepts submissions in any medium. This juried competition is open to artists living in the Great Lakes region, including Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. The juror is Sarah Rose Sharp, a Detroit-based writer, activist, and multimedia artist.

Artists may submit up to three images as jpeg files. Artworks must have been created within the past two years and not previously shown in any Ann Arbor Art Center exhibitions. The jurying process is anonymous; however, artists must submit a CV and bio as separate documents in .doc or .pdf format, labeled as Lastname_firstname_CV and Lastname_firstname_Bio. Entry fee is $35.00. Submission fees are non-refundable, and submission does not guarantee artwork acceptance.

Awards include Best of Show ($500), Second Place ($200), Third Place ($100), and two Honorable Mentions. Artists will be notified of juror selections on October 16 via email. Accepted artworks must arrive ready to hang by October 29. The exhibition runs November 2 - December 1, 2018, with a reception and winner announcement on Friday, November 16, 6-9pm. Work pickup is December 2-6, 2018. For shipped artworks, artists are responsible for shipping costs and insurance, if applicable.
