8th Annual Juried Exhibition

JF Gallery announces its 8th Annual Juried Art Exhibit, open to all Established, Mid Career and Emerging Artists in the United States. Entries must have been completed within the past 2 years and not previously exhibited in JF Gallery. The jury will evaluate technically competent work in all genres and styles. Artists may submit one to three pieces of artwork. JF Gallery takes a 35% commission on all sold artwork during the exhibit.

Work in 2D and 3D media is eligible. 2D work must be wired and ready for hanging. Sculptures may not exceed 100 lbs in weight. Eligible mediums include painting, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, functional, digital, photography, installation, and mixed media. Maximum outside dimensions including any framing are 62 x 62 inches. The entry fee is $35.00 per submission, with a minimum of 1 and maximum of 3 work samples required.

The exhibit runs June 28 - July 20, 2019, with an artist reception and opening on July 20th from 6-9pm. Artists whose works are accepted will be notified via email or phone by June 7th, 2019. Accepted works must remain on exhibit for the duration with no exceptions. Awards include Best in Show ($500) and possible Honorable Mention recognitions. Purchase awards and exhibition opportunities are additional benefits possible for selected artists. Accepted works may be hand delivered or shipped prepaid by June 24th. Artists assume payment for return shipment and should insure their work during transit. JF Gallery is not responsible for loss or damage in shipping or while on exhibit.
