7th Annual Parklane Gallery Summer Show

Parklane Gallery invites all artists in the United States to submit 2D fine art work for the 7th Annual Parklane Gallery Summer Show. Selected works will be on display and for sale at the gallery from August 5-31, 2014.

Submit 1-3 images of original 2D artwork including oil, watercolor, pastel, ink, acrylic, prints, collage, photographic, or digital art. Work must be framed or on gallery-wrapped canvas, sized between 1-3 feet on the longest side. All work must be properly framed, wired, and ready to hang; two-dimensional works on paper must be under glass or Plexiglas. Entry fee is $30. The deadline for submissions is July 12, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Artists will be notified of acceptance by July 20, 2014. Shipped work must arrive by July 30, 2014, or hand deliveries are accepted August 2-3, 2014 (10am-12noon). An artist reception and award presentations will be held August 8, 2014 (5-8pm). Work pickup is September 2-3, 2014, and shipped work will be returned by September 9, 2014.

All artists must be 18 years or older. Entries must be original work not previously shown at this gallery and cannot have been created under instructor supervision. All work must be for sale; Parklane Gallery retains a 30% commission on sales. The juror is Joe Mac Kechnie, a signature member of the Northwest Pastel Society, Northwest Watercolor Society, and Puget Sound Group of NW Artists.
