7th Annual “LPAPA Squared” Juried All-Member Show

The Laguna Plein Air Painters Association invites all LPAPA Signature, Artist, and Student Members in good standing to submit work for the 7th Annual LPAPA Squared Juried All-Member Show. Membership must be current through January 2027. Submissions are open January 2026 through October 19, 2026 (before midnight PDT) via OnlineJuriedShows. Artists will be notified on or before October 26, 2026.

Artwork must be original paintings created in plein air or in studio within the last year on an 8" x 8" canvas, panel, or paper. Digital artwork is not accepted. Work must not have been previously shown in a LPAPA Gallery exhibition and must be signed by the artist. All accepted artwork must be available for sale exclusively through LPAPA for a minimum of 30 days after the show ends. Artwork must be professionally framed in a square frame, glazed, wired, and ready to hang with a minimum 2-inch clearance between wire and frame top. Entry fee is $40 for up to 2 images; additional images are $5 each (maximum 6 images). A minimum of 1 and maximum of 3 entries per artist will be accepted.

The online art catalog runs November 30 - January 4, 2027. An online auction takes place November 30 (10AM PST) - December 3 (8PM PDT). The gallery exhibition runs December 3, 2026 - January 4, 2027 at The LPAPA Gallery, 414 N. Coast Hwy., Laguna Beach, CA 92651. An Art Walk Reception is held December 3 (6PM-9PM) with awards announced at 7PM. Hand-carried artwork must be dropped off by December 1 (1PM); shipped work must arrive by November 20. Unsold work can be picked up January 5 (10AM-1PM) or during regular gallery hours. Awards are offered in three member categories: 1st Place $500, 2nd Place $300, 3rd Place $200.
