About This Call
The 7th Annual Evergreen Elk & Art Festival is a juried fine art and fine craft show featuring up to 65 artists, scheduled for a September weekend in Evergreen, Colorado, located in the foothills west of the Denver Metro area.
Accepted categories include painting, sculpture, metal, glass, printmaking/drawing, ceramics, mixed media, jewelry, wood, fiber, and photography. Artists must submit 4 digital images of their work and 1 image of their display. If applying in multiple categories, 4 images must be submitted for each category. The artist must be present to exhibit and exhibit only their own original work. A Picture ID is required at check-in. Only white tents are allowed. No buy/sell or representative participation is permitted.
Application fee is $40 per juried category (non-refundable). Booth fees are due upon acceptance: Single 10x10 booth is $425; Single 10x10 with corner is $475; Double 10x20 is $900; Double 10x20 with corner is $975; Double 10x20 with 2 corners is $1,195. The jury averages 100 applications and selects approximately 65 artists. Three jurors score applications on a 1-10 scale. Withdrawals from the jury process must be submitted in writing before the application deadline. After acceptance, cancellations more than 60 days before the event result in a non-transferable show credit valid for 2 years; cancellations within 60 days result in forfeiture of all fees.
