6th International Phone-ography Competition

The 6th International Phone-ography Competition is open to photographers 18 years of age or older, excluding members of FotoFoto Gallery. Image capture must have been made with the camera on your phone. There is no theme for this show—submit your finest phone images. Apply apps, edit on your computer, or send the capture directly from your camera roll.

Approximately 30 photographs will be chosen for a four-week exhibition in October 2020. Upon completion of the jury process, images will be printed by FotoFoto Gallery. No need to print, frame, or ship your work. The exhibition will be installed salon-style in the gallery space. Notifications will be sent by email on September 11, 2020. The exhibition runs September 30 – October 24, 2020, with a reception on Saturday, October 3, 2020.

Submissions must be made via the CaFE system; mail-in entries will not be considered. Images must conform to CaFE formatting standards. Entry fee is $40 for 5 images. Images 6–20 may be submitted for an additional charge of $5 per image. Minimum 5 images, maximum 20 images required. The competition is juried by Jim Lennon, a photographer from Long Island with 42 years of experience in advertising photography.
