6th Annual Juried Photography Show

The 6th Annual Juried Photography Show is open to all artists residing in the US. All work must be original and created within the past five years and cannot have been included in a prior SAGE Juried Photography show. Artists may re-submit photos that were not juried into a previous show. Printed photos cannot exceed 36 inches in width (including any framing) and must be exhibit-ready with proper hanging mechanism included (no saw-tooth hangers or clip-on frames will be accepted).

Entry fees are $15 for SAGE members (first photo) or $25 for non-members (first photo), with each additional piece costing $5 per photo (up to 9 additional photos may be submitted). Both stages of jurying will be done blindly, with the juror judging solely based on the image without knowing the artist's identity. Selected artists will be notified via email by Friday, December 18th. All accepted work must be for sale as part of the exhibition. For photos sold by SAGE members, SAGE retains a 35% commission with 65% remitted to the artist. For non-members, SAGE retains a 40% commission with 60% remitted to the artist.

Accepted work must arrive at SAGE by Saturday, January 16th by 5:30 pm. The exhibition runs from January 26th through March 6th, 2021. An Awards Reception will be held Thursday, February 4th from 5pm-7pm, where the juror will announce award winners. Awards include: Best of Show ($500), First Prize ($300), Second Prize ($200), Third Prize ($100), and People's Choice ($50). Unsold work is available for pick-up on Tuesday, March 9th, with all unsold work that is not picked up or arranged for shipping due by Friday, March 12th. All entry fees are non-refundable. The juror is Keith F. Davis, Senior Curator of Photography at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, MO.
