68th Rochester-Finger Lakes Exhibition

The 68th Rochester-Finger Lakes Exhibition is Rochester's oldest and longest-running juried exhibition, showcasing works by emerging and established artists from a 27-county region of upstate and western New York. The exhibition runs from April 23 – August 6, 2023, with an opening party and awards ceremony on April 22, 2023.

Eligibility: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and live in the following 27-county upstate New York region: Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Genesee, Erie, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Oswego, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates. Entries must be original work completed within the last two years. Artists may enter up to three artworks, submitting one JPEG image per artwork. Entry fee is $35 (non-refundable). Deadline for entries is Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 11:59 pm MST. Jury results will be notified by January 31, 2023.

Accepted works must be hand-delivered March 16-18, 2023. Awards include a Memorial Art Gallery Award of $1,500 and over $3,000 in other cash awards. The juror is Molly Donovan, curator of contemporary art at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C.
