About This Call
The 5th International Phoneography Competition is open to photographers 18 years of age or older, excluding members of fotofoto gallery. Images must be captured using the camera on your phone. Any phone is acceptable. There is no theme for this show.
Approximately 30 photographs will be selected for a four-week exhibition from July 31 - August 24, 2019. The exhibition will be installed salon-style in the gallery space. Accepted images will be printed by fotofoto gallery; artists do not need to print, frame, or ship their work. A reception will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019.
Entry fee is $40 for 5 images, with an additional $5 per image for submissions 6-15 (maximum 15 images). All entries must be submitted via the CaFE system. Images must conform to CaFE formatting standards. Juror Sandra Carrion will select 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, with awards of $200, $100, and $50 respectively. Notifications will be sent by email on July 19, 2019.
