5th Distinguished, Signature & Board Members Juried Exhibition

This juried exhibition is open to all current paid-up Distinguished, Signature, and Board members of PSNJ working in soft pastels. All entries must be original works executed within the past three years and not previously exhibited in a PSNJ Members Show or special exhibition. Works done under supervision (such as in a workshop or class) are not eligible, nor are any references provided by an instructor, including instructor-provided photos or model setups. Digital or AI-produced artwork is not eligible.

Work must be properly framed and wired with secure brackets and sturdy, taut wire. Metal frames and saw-tooth hangers are not acceptable. The top layer of your work must consist of at least 80% traditional dry pastel, with no oil pastels permitted. All work including frames cannot exceed 40 inches in either dimension.

Submit high-quality JPEG image files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Crop images to show only the artwork without matting, frames, or background. Ensure images are oriented correctly and use the sRGB color profile for best results. Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted by the deadline of March 14, 2025. Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline, and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
