5th Annual Loveland Art Studio Tour

The Loveland Art Studio Tour is a juried, city-wide self-guided walking and driving tour offering artists the opportunity to demonstrate their skills, educate visitors, and welcome collectors into their studios. The event takes place October 11-12 and 18-19, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is limited to 35 locations in the Loveland, Colorado mailing address area.

Participants must have a Loveland mailing address and maintain an open, staffed location during contracted weekends. Only artwork from approved Loveland Art Studio Tour artists may be exhibited or sold at participating locations. Preference is given to working studios providing demonstrations on both weekends. Entry fees are $25 (application) plus $175 for individual artists or $175 per artist for group applications at one location, or $325 for galleries, plus $25 application fee. Work samples should include 3-8 images.

The event provides regional advertising (print, digital, social media), a 16+ page full-color brochure with artist thumbnails and location maps distributed throughout Loveland and the Front Range, a preview exhibition at Loveland Museum Foote Gallery, one free hour of expert consultation (marketing, website design, social media), opportunities for artist-driven programming, publicity materials, rotating website coverage, and a booth at regional events. Artists are expected to actively promote the tour through postcards, emails, and direct outreach. Personal liability insurance is recommended. Parking must be available within reasonable distance, and locations must meet safety requirements including handrails, adequate lighting, and no loose animals.
