5th Annual Emerging Young Artists Exhibition

Valley Art Center presents the 5th Annual Emerging Young Artists exhibition. Artists between the ages of 16 and 22 and living in Northeast Ohio or within 50 miles are invited to submit artwork for consideration. Each artist may submit one piece in any art medium.

Approximately 50 works will be juried into the exhibition, with $500 in cash prizes awarded. The Best in Show winner will also receive a solo exhibition in Valley Art Center's Patron Gallery in March 2027. The entry fee is $5, though assistance is available by contacting [email protected].

Submissions must include at least one digital image of the artwork (minimum 960 pixels, maximum 4 MB file size). Three-dimensional artists should submit at least one photomosaic image featuring multiple views of each piece. A photo including the frame is highly encouraged, if applicable. All work entered must be for sale. The exhibition opens July 10, 2026, with an award ceremony at 7 pm, and closes August 27, 2026.
