4th International Phoneography Competition

The 4th International Phoneography Competition is open to photographers 18 years of age or older, excluding members of fotofoto gallery. Images must be captured using the camera on your phone. There is no theme for this competition—submit your finest phone images. Images may be edited using apps or on your computer, or submitted directly from your camera roll.

Approximately 30 photographs will be selected for a four-week exhibition in August 2018. Accepted images will be printed by fotofoto gallery and installed salon-style in the gallery space. No printing, framing, or shipping is required from artists. The exhibition runs August 1-26, 2018, with a reception on Saturday, August 4 from 5-7pm. Juror Beth Giacummo will select 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, awarded $200, $100, and $50 respectively.

Submissions must be made via the CaFE system; mail-in entries will not be considered. Images must conform to CaFE formatting standards. Entry fee is $40 for 5 images; additional images 6-15 may be submitted for $5 per image. Submission deadline is July 10, 2018 at midnight MDT. Notifications will be sent by email on July 24, 2018. fotofoto gallery is located in Huntington, New York and is a 501(c)3 charitable organization.
