4th Annual Trinity Episcopal Church National Juried Exhibition

The Trinity Cathedral Christian Art Festival invites artists to submit original artwork created in the last two years depicting the theme "An Angel of the Lord Appeared." The mission is to encourage artists to create visual art providing a unique perspective on the Christian view and experience in contemporary life, allowing personal expression and promoting dialogue.

Eligibility: Open to all artists residing in the U.S. Work cannot have been previously exhibited in Sacramento within the last two years, and all work must be for sale. Accepted media includes two and three dimensional artwork, including high relief work that does not project more than 9 inches from the plane. Submit 3-6 images of your work. Entry fee is $45 for up to 3 entries, with $5 for each additional entry (limit 6 entries per artist). Entry deadline is August 23, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. MST. Notifications will be sent September 10, 2020.

The exhibition runs October 9 – November 6, 2020 at Sparrow Gallery, 1021 R Street, Sacramento, CA 95811, with an opening reception on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 1-6 p.m. Total cash awards: $5,000 (First place: $3,000; Second place: $1,500; Honorable Mention: $500). Juror: Frank Ordaz, Artist & Author. Artists receive 60% on the sale of their work. Accepted work must be delivered September 29 – October 2, 2020 by 5 p.m. PST.
