4th Annual Taos Abstract Artist Collective Exhibitions (Fall 2025 & Spring 2026)

Taos Abstract Artist Collective (TAAC) invites artists living and working in Northern New Mexico to participate in its 4th Annual Group Exhibitions at the Stables Gallery at the Taos Center for the Arts. The fall exhibition runs November 1-9, 2025, and the spring exhibition runs May 8-16, 2026. Abstract works across all disciplines are encouraged, including painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media, photography, ceramics, fiber arts, video, projection, performance, and sound composition. Artists may submit up to three artworks for consideration, and TAAC will select one work per applicant for exhibition. The board reserves the right to choose which exhibition (fall or spring) each accepted artist will exhibit in.

Eligibility is limited to artists living and working in Northern New Mexico. The entry fee is $35. Submission deadline is July 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Due to gallery space limitations, the call will automatically close when 140 applications have been submitted. All applications received will have one work accepted into the exhibitions. Curatorial review will occur August 1-20, with artist notification in late August. Artwork drop-off for the fall exhibition is October 30, with installation on October 31. For the spring exhibition, artwork drop-off is May 6 with installation on May 7.

TAAC is an artist-run volunteer 501(c)(3) organization. Proceeds from submission fees support operational costs including press materials, event fees, and insurance, with additional funds applied toward community programming. All art sales proceeds go directly to artists, with TAAC volunteers connecting buyers to artists. Artists are responsible for delivery and pickup of work according to the TAAC schedule.
