4th Annual Holga Out of the Box International Photography Competition

The 4th Annual Holga Out of the Box International Photography Competition is open to amateur and professional photographers internationally who use a Holga camera or an element of it. The competition is juried by world-renowned photojournalist David Burnett. Submissions should showcase artistic creativity using a Holga camera, whether photographed out of the box or with modifications.

The exhibition will consist of 30 prints in the physical gallery with an additional 30 images in the online gallery, totaling 60 images selected. The exhibition opens October 2, 2014 during ArtWalk and continues through November 14, 2014 at TCC PHOTO | GALLERY, located at 207 N. Center St., Longview, TX 75601. Holga Inspire is a sponsor and will showcase winning images on their website, with cameras provided for top winners.

Entry fee is $35 for up to 5 images, with additional images at $5 each up to 10 total. Submissions should include 5-10 digital images in JPEG format, 1080 pixels in the longest dimension, saved at 72ppi in sRGB color space. Prizes include: Best of Show - $500 plus a Holga TLR; 2nd Place - $250 plus a Holga N; 3rd Place - $150 plus a Holga N.
