The competition accepts work in the following categories: ceramics, glass, textiles, metals, wood, enamel, and mixed media. Entries must not exceed 108 inches in any direction and/or 150 pounds. Checks must be received at the museum no later than September 25th to be eligible for the jurying process.
Selected works will be received hand delivered or shipped prepaid from October 9–20, 2017, during museum hours. The exhibition runs December 10, 2017–February 4, 2018. An Awards Reception will be held Saturday, December 9, from 5:30–8:00 p.m. CST, where over $10,000 in purchase and merit awards will be presented. Purchase award-winning works will become part of the Evansville Museum's permanent collection. Exhibited work may be claimed February 6–16, 2018.
