45th Annual Juried University of Wyoming Student Exhibition

The 45th Annual Juried University of Wyoming Student Exhibition is a highlight of the University of Wyoming Art Museum's exhibition program, presenting artwork from selected University of Wyoming students. The 2020 exhibition is juried by Mandy Vink, Public Art Administrator, City of Boulder Office of Arts and Culture, CO.

Eligibility is open to any undergraduate, graduate, or post-doctoral student attending any college or outreach school in the University of Wyoming system who is registered in classes during the spring 2020 semester. A maximum of three works per student may be submitted for consideration. Original artwork including paintings, drawings, prints, photography, sculpture, graphic design, ceramics, mixed media, or video may be submitted. Two-dimensional works must be ready to hang prior to submission (matted and framed under glass or Plexiglas where appropriate). All three-dimensional works must be stable. Title, date, size (H x W x D), and medium must be provided. All works must specify a price or be listed as Not for Sale (NFS), and an additional insurance value must also be provided.

Works not selected for the museum exhibition will be presented in the Salon des Refusés in the Visual Arts Building, organized by the Student Art League. Scholarship and purchase awards will be announced during the opening reception on Saturday, February 22, at 6:30 pm. The exhibition will be on view at the University of Wyoming Art Museum from February 22 through May 16, 2020. Artwork drop-off is February 10-11, 9am-4pm, and pickup is May 18-19, 9am-4pm.
