44th Annual Allen Park Arts and Crafts Street Fair

The 44th Annual Allen Park Arts and Crafts Street Fair will be held August 7-8, 2026, from 10 am to 9 pm both days, rain or shine. This annual community event attracts over 50,000 visitors to downtown Allen Park and features 200 plus skilled artists and artisans from across the United States, live music, and food vendors. Parking is free for vendors and fairgoers.

Accepted mediums include: candles, ceramics, clothing, digital art, drawing, fiber, floral, glass, items for pets, jewelry, metal, painting, photography, pottery, printmaking, sculpture, specialty food, and wood. All artwork must be original, handcrafted work of the displaying artist. Artwork created from non-artist made molds, kits, commercial methods, or mass-produced items will not be permitted. Booth spaces are 10' x 10' on pavement in the middle of Allen Road or on the sidewalk. Artists must provide their own tent and necessary racks, tables, and fixtures. Tents must be weighted on all corners. All trash and debris must be removed before exiting the fair area.

A $30 non-refundable jury fee is due with the application and must be paid online. Jury will begin no later than May 1, 2026. Four images of your handiwork plus one of the booth must be submitted with the application. At least one photo must show the item creation process to demonstrate that it is handmade. Applications without a work-in-progress photo will be marked incomplete. Selected artists will be notified by email by July 15, 2026. Booth fees range from $225 to $450 depending on location and size. A late registration fee of $50 applies if registration occurs after July 5, 2025. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2025. Registration will be available at the Allen Park Community Center at 15800 White on Thursday from 5 pm to 8 pm and Friday from 7 am to 9:30 am. Setup begins Thursday at 5 pm. All vehicles must be removed from the street by Friday morning at 9:30 am. Photo ID is required upon check-in. Artists are responsible for collecting and submitting 6% sales tax to the State of Michigan.
