About This Call
The Curtis Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the 42nd Annual All Colorado Art Show. This exhibit is open to artists who reside in Colorado and accept any medium. The exhibit takes place from July 12 through August 29, 2025, with an opening reception on Saturday, July 12 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Artists may submit one or two individual pieces of work with a maximum of 6 images total. Work must be original design and personal execution, completed within the last two years and not previously shown at the Curtis Center for the Arts. Two-dimensional work has a maximum size of 48" x 48" (including frame) and three-dimensional work has a maximum of 300 lbs. Original art in any forms of media is accepted, including photography, with the exception of jewelry and giclée prints. Printed works for which the artist's hand manipulated the plates, stones or screens and which have been properly signed and numbered as a limited edition will be accepted. Works submitted must be ready for installation upon arrival.
The entry fee is $25.00 with a deadline of May 11, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Artist notification is May 23. Accepted artwork must be delivered to Curtis July 7-8 (9 a.m.-4 p.m.). Artists pick up work August 30 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) or September 2 (9 a.m.-4 p.m.). Work must be available for sale; the City of Greenwood Village retains a 30% commission on sales. The juror will choose three works for awards: 1st place - $1,000, 2nd place - $500, 3rd place - $300. The juror is Michael Paglia, an art critic, curator, and educator who has covered the Colorado art scene since 1995.
