About This Call
Sedona Arts Center Member Artists of all levels working in all mediums are invited to enter the Annual Juried Members Exhibition & Sale. Current membership with the Sedona Arts Center is required and can be purchased at the time of entry. All artwork must be original by the artist, completed within the last two years, and must be for sale. Works previously exhibited at the Sedona Arts Center are not eligible.
Up to three pieces per artist can be submitted with a $15 non-refundable entry fee per piece. Work sample requirements: 1-3 images. Wall art including frame or outside dimensions cannot exceed 1280 square inches. 2D and 3D actual work should not exceed 10 feet tall by 6 feet wide. Wall art must be properly wired and ready for hanging upon delivery.
Entries are due February 4, 2022. Notification will be sent February 11, 2022. Take-in of artwork is Friday, February 25, 2022 from 9 am to noon in the Special Exhibition Gallery. All artwork must be marked on the back or bottom with artist name and title. Take-down and pick-up are Friday, April 1, 2022 or Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 9 am to noon. Awards will be announced virtually by email and on social media: First Place/Best of Show ($500), Second Place ($250), Third Place ($150), and Honorable Mention awards at the discretion of jurors. A People's Choice Award is announced at the end of the show. Sedona Arts Center will retain a 50% commission on all sales except Bronze Sculpture which will be 60/40%. Payment for artwork sold occurs in the month following the sale.
