3rd Annual Open Juried Digital Photographic Exhibit

Cary Photographic Artists announces its 3rd Annual Open Juried Digital Photographic Exhibit, open to photographers nationally. The exhibition features two judging categories: Monochrome and Color. Entrants may submit 1-3 digital photographic images for a $40 entry fee. Images must be submitted through CaFE in JPG or JPEG format, sRGB colorspace, with a minimum of 1200 pixels and maximum of 1920 pixels on the longest side, and no larger than 5MB. Images must be the individual work of the entrant; AI-generated images are not acceptable. Work previously accepted in prior CPA Juried Exhibitions is not permitted. To ensure anonymity during judging, no identifying information or copyright information may appear on images.

The registration deadline is March 31st, 2023. Judging will occur April 1st-21st, with artist notification by email on April 25th, 2023 by 9:00pm EST. Fifty images selected by the jurors will be displayed in an Exhibitors' Gallery on the Cary Photographic Artists website beginning May 7th, 2023. Photographers whose images receive awards must provide a 100-word biography by April 30th, 2023 to be exhibited. An online awards ceremony with juror comments will be held May 12th, 2023 at 7:00pm EST; login information will be provided by email on May 10th, 2023 by 9:00pm EST.

Awards include: Bobbi Hopp Best in Show ($300), Monochrome First Place ($200), Second Place ($150), Third Place ($100), Color First Place ($200), Second Place ($150), Third Place ($100).
