39th Annual Members Show

This is a juried exhibition for current CPS members. One entry per member is permitted, with an entry fee of $35. Works must be original soft pastels (at least 80% soft pastel, no oil pastel) created in the past three years and not previously shown in a CPS exhibition. 2025 membership dues must be paid to participate.

Artwork requirements include a maximum size of 28 inches on the longest side (including frame). Works must be framed and ready to hang with wire (no sawtooth hangers), securely framed under glass or plexi-glass. Works done in classroom or workshop settings, painted over mechanical reproductions or collages, or glazed with matte acrylic, resin, or solvent varnish are not eligible. Giclees and prints are not accepted.

Submissions must include high-quality JPEG images at least 1200 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Images should be cropped to show only the artwork with no visible matting, frames, or background. Entries must be submitted and paid by March 11, 2025. Entry fees are non-refundable and entries cannot be changed after the deadline.
