37th Annual All Media Juried Art Exhibition

The Lancaster Museum of Art and History (MOAH) and MOAH:CEDAR announce the 37th Annual All-Media Juried Art Exhibition. This in-person exhibition welcomes artists of all ages and experience levels from the Antelope Valley and the 5th Supervisorial District of Los Angeles County. The exhibition runs from Saturday, June 4 to Sunday, July 31, with an opening reception and awards ceremony on Saturday, June 4 from 6PM-8PM. Over $1,000 in cash awards will be distributed, including Best of Exhibition, 2nd Best of Exhibition, and 3rd Best of Exhibition awards. Best of Exhibition winners will receive an exclusive portfolio review with MOAH's curators and may be considered for acquisition into the Museum's permanent collection. Local artists may opt-in to be considered for the Emerging Artist Workshop Opportunity Award, which provides a stipend to host a workshop on their work or technique. A People's Choice award will be determined by Instagram votes using #MOAHPeoplesChoice and in-person voting at MOAH:CEDAR.

Works must have been completed within the last three years and not previously exhibited at MOAH or MOAH:CEDAR. All media are welcome, including photography, video, audio, painting, drawing, mixed media 2D, mixed media 3D, and clay. Artists 17 and under must have parental permission. Applicants must reside within the 5th Supervisorial District of Los Angeles County or within specified ZIP codes in the Antelope Valley region. Entries are accepted online only through callforentry.org. The entry deadline is Friday, May 13 at 11:59 PM. Accepted artists will be notified on Tuesday, May 17. Artwork delivery is Sunday, May 22 from 12PM-5PM, and pickup is Sunday, July 31 from 2PM-6PM. Artists must be available for both delivery and pickup dates. The jurors are Heather Bowling (Gallery Director for the Brea Gallery), Mike Che (Arts Coordinator for the City of West Hollywood), and Mika Cho (Professor and Director of the Ronald H. Silverman Fine Arts Gallery at Cal State LA).
