32nd National Photography Show and Sale

The 2025 Louisville Art Association National Juried Photography Show and Sale takes place in Louisville, Colorado, running from May 23 – June 1, 2025. The show overlaps with the three-day Louisville CO Memorial Day weekend events. Greg Holden, a photographer from Longmont, Colorado, serves as judge and juror.

Entry Requirements: Submit 3-6 digital images in .jpg format, minimum 1200 pixels on the longest edge, file size under 5 megabytes. Images must be original work and executed professionally. Work accepted in previous LAA National shows will not be accepted. No AI-generated images are allowed; digitally modified images (composites, HDR, focus stacking, etc.) are permitted. Images are categorized by subject: People, Animals & Wildlife, Nature Created, or Human Made, with separate Color and Black & White/Monochrome options for each category. Do not watermark images. Entry fee is $45 for the first three pieces and $10 for each additional entry, with a maximum of 6 entries per person. A maximum of 3 pieces will be accepted per artist. Entry fees are non-refundable.

Prizes and Details: At least $6,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded, including Best in Show, First Place in each category, Artistic Achievement awards, and People's Choice award. Accepted work must be properly wired and ready to hang, with outer size limit of 48 inches on the longest side. Work must be suitable for a general audience of all ages. Accepted artists may also display up to 5 pieces of matted unframed bin work, greeting cards, or individual cards. All sales are conducted by LAA with a 25% commission charged on sold work. Prices cannot be changed after acceptance. Shipped artwork must include pre-paid return postage and paperwork. Hand-delivered work must be brought to the Louisville Center for the Arts on May 20, 2025 between 1:00pm and 6:00pm. Unsold work will be returned via prepaid shipping label or picked up by June 1, 2025 between 5:00pm and 6:30pm. Submission constitutes acceptance of stated conditions and permission to photograph accepted artwork for publicity purposes.
