32nd Annual Foundation Arts Festival 2021

The Foundation Arts Festival (FAF 2021) is a juried makers retail show curated by the Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts & Sciences Arts & Exhibition Committee. The festival is scheduled for Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 10am-5pm, with a rain date of Sunday, July 11. The event features 80+ juried artists and is one of the biggest events on Long Beach Island, drawing visitors from the New York, North Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC areas.

The festival seeks artists who create handmade, original work. All mediums are welcome, including crafts, ceramics, clothing, drawing, fiber, furniture, glass, home décor, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper, prints, painting, photography, soap/fragrances/cosmetics, wearables, wood, and 2D work. Work must be handmade with no commercially produced items, kits, or imported goods. All jewelry must be hand-crafted and contain no more than 40% purchased components. Artists may only exhibit works in the media they were juried into, and resellers are not permitted. The call is open to all artists 18 years or older.

Entry fee is $25.00 (non-refundable). Accepted artists must submit booth fee payment by April 30, 2021. Outdoor booth spaces (10' x 10' at $225 or 10' x 20' at $400) are available on gravel in open air. Indoor gallery spaces (10' x 10' at $350 or limited 8' x 6' at $295) are assigned first come, first served. All outdoor booths must withstand Northeast weather conditions with properly weighted canopies. Overnight security is provided. Demonstrations are supported and demo artists receive additional marketing. All participating vendors are invited to participate in the Holiday Market Fest (November 20 - December 5) in the indoor gallery. Artists must attend the entire festival, and items must match the type and quality submitted for jurying. Cancellations made on or before May 1, 2021 receive a refund less a $50 processing fee; after May 1, all vendor fees are non-refundable.
