311 Gallery is seeking artists for an innovative art fair concept offering dynamic exhibition opportunities in Downtown Raleigh, NC. Unlike traditional short-lived art fairs, this program provides up to a year-long term with regular artwork rotation to ensure fresh discoveries for visitors and collectors. The gallery is 4,300 sq ft and located in the heart of Downtown Raleigh with high foot traffic.

Artists can choose from flexible monthly rent structures with 3, 6, and 12-month terms and renewal options. Pricing ranges from $125/month for XS (up to 20" x 90") to $700/month for XL (up to 140" x 90"). Commission splits are 67/33 for in-store sales and 60/40 for online sales through Artsy.net. Additional benefits include featured advertising campaigns, First Friday reception participation, in-house printing services at discounted rates, and 50% off high-resolution photographs of artwork. Prints created and sold within the gallery are free for artists with a 50/50 commission split.

Applications require a portfolio with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and accurate pricing for each artwork, plus an artist statement explaining creative process and inspiration. Submit 5-10 images. Entry fee is $20. Artwork placement is at gallery discretion and may be moved to accommodate various sizes. Artists are responsible for shipping/delivering artwork upon acceptance. Open to all artists internationally. Deposits (one month's rent) are due with the first payment and are non-refundable unless the entire membership period is completed.
