3 Dimensional

Art Scene West is calling all 3D artists worldwide to submit images of their small sculptures for consideration in a gallery exhibition. Twenty selected pieces will be on display for over a month in the gallery's collection alongside paintings and photographs.

Sculptures must not exceed 16" high x 8" wide x 8" deep and must not weigh more than 35 lbs. Sculptures must stand alone on a flat surface and be original creations available for sale. Sculptures with openly sexual themes will not be considered. The submission fee is $35. Artists selected for the exhibition must pay a participation fee of $75 to cover handling, curation, website uploads, and social media promotion. Art Scene West will remit 60% of sales commission to the artist and withhold 40% for gallery expenses. Artists are responsible for shipping and return-shipping fees.

The exhibition runs February 9 - March 19, 2025 at Art Scene West, 803 W Harbor Drive, Suite E1-E, San Diego, CA 92101 (Lighthouse District). Submission deadline is January 19, 2025. Artists will be notified of selection by January 21, 2025. The participation fee payment deadline is January 24, 2025. Artwork delivery deadline is February 7, 2025. The opening reception is Saturday, February 15, 2025. Unsold artwork will be shipped back to artists beginning March 24, 2025. Submit up to 4 clear images of the artwork(s) along with artwork title, dimensions, medium, year completed, and proposed asking price. Include artist bio (3rd person, 300 words max), artist statement (1st person, 300 words max), artist photo (optional), social media links and website (if applicable), city/state of residence and/or country of origin, email address, and phone number.
