About This Call
The 28th Annual All Florida Juried Art Show is open to artists residing in Florida. The exhibition will be held at the Court House Cultural Center, 80 E Ocean Blvd., Stuart, Florida 34994 from Friday, September 21 through Tuesday, November 13, 2018. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday, 11 AM to 2 PM.
Eligible work includes 2D and 3D original work in all media completed in the last 36 months and not previously exhibited at the Court House Cultural Center, The Elliott Museum, or any other local art exhibit. Giclees are accepted in photography only. 2D work must be properly framed with wire attached for hanging, using plexi-glass only (no glass). Gallery wrapped canvases with finished edges are acceptable. Maximum framed width is 60 inches. 3D work is limited to 70 lbs maximum weight. Artists may submit up to three entries. The non-refundable entry fee is $40.00 for up to three entries. Arts Council of Martin County member artists receive a $5 discount.
Submission deadline is July 31, 2018 by 11:59 PM Mountain Time via CaFÉ. Selection notice will be sent August 20, 2018. Artwork delivery is September 13 or 14, 2018 from 10 AM to 2 PM. The exhibition opening reception and awards ceremony is Friday, September 21, 2018, 5:30 to 7 PM. Artwork pickup is Friday, November 16, 2018, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Awards include First $500, Second $200, Third $100, and up to four Honorable Mentions at $50 each. A 20% donation benefiting the Arts Council will be deducted from all sales.
