About This Call
The 27th Annual All Florida Juried Arts Show is open to artists residing in Florida. The exhibition runs from Friday, September 22 through Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the Court House Cultural Center, 80 E Ocean Blvd., Stuart, Florida 34994. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM; Saturday, 11 AM to 2 PM.
Artists may submit up to three original works in all media completed in the last 36 months and not previously exhibited at the Court House Cultural Center, The Elliott Museum, or any other local art exhibit. 2D and 3D work in all media is accepted; giclees are accepted in photography only. 2D work must be properly framed with wire attached for hanging, using plexi-glass only (no glass). Gallery wrapped canvases with finished edges are acceptable. Maximum framed width is 60 inches. 3D work is limited to 70 lbs maximum weight. Submission requires 1-3 digital images conforming to CaFÉ guidelines, along with the title, medium, price, year completed, and framed dimensions for each work.
The non-refundable entry fee is $40.00 for up to three entries. The Arts Council of Martin County member artists receive a $5 discount. Selection notice will be sent Monday, August 21, 2017. Artwork delivery is Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 10 AM to 2 PM. The exhibition opening reception and awards ceremony is Friday, September 22, 2017, 5:30 to 7 PM. Artwork pickup is Wednesday, November 15, 2017, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Awards include First $500, Second $200, Third $100, and up to four Honorable Mentions of $50 each.
