26th Annual International Society of Experimental Artists Juried Exhibition

The International Society of Experimental Artists (ISEA) hosts its 26th Annual Juried Exhibition from October 3 to November 30, 2017 at Big Arts Center for the Arts in Sanibel, Florida. All artists 18 years and older are eligible to enter. Artists may submit one or two pieces in any media except video, with work completed within the past three years. Entry fee is $70 for non-members and $30 for ISEA members.

Approximately $10,000 in prizes will be awarded, including a $2,000 Best of Show Award. ISEA prints a full color catalog of each exhibition, which all members and accepted non-members will receive. Artwork must be original experimental work not previously shown in any ISEA exhibits. Commercial reproductions and giclée prints are not accepted; traditional print media, photography, and digital art should be from a limited edition. Artists must submit a written statement explaining the experimental aspects of their work.

2D artwork framed and matted with Plexiglas (no glass) has a maximum finished size of 48" in any direction and weight limit of 25 lbs. 3D artwork has maximum freestanding dimensions of 8' H x 4' W x 4' D and maximum pedestal dimensions of 3' H x 2' W x 16" D, with a weight limit of 55 lbs. Digital images must be submitted in JPG format at 300 DPI, approximately 5"x7", with total file size less than 5MB. The juror is Jade Dellinger, Director of the Bob Rauschenberg Gallery at Florida South Western State College. Entry deadline is July 15, 2017.
