About This Call
Join us for the 25th Annual Historic Downtown Street Fair/Car and Bike Show on January 17th and 18th, 2026 in Casa Grande, Arizona. Our event has been established as one of the largest festivals in our region, with attendance estimated between 25,000 and 40,000 for our two day event. Our event features a Saturday Car Show, Beer Garden, live entertainment both days, and a children's area with games and activities. This is not a jury show.
Booth spaces will be issued on first-come, first-served basis based on booth payment. Spaces are outdoors on asphalt, in the historic downtown shopping area. Early bird pricing is in effect for all exhibitors whose applications and fees are processed by October 17th, 2025. Returning exhibitors are encouraged to get their application in early and no later than October 17th, 2025. Space reservations will be confirmed and given on a first-come-first-serve basis based on payment dates.
Exhibitor booth fees range from $235-$485 depending on size and location (before October 17th deadline), with food court spaces at $375-$435. Fire retardant tents and weights are required. There is no water or electricity provided. Check-in begins Friday January 16th at 4:00 PM at the Main Street Office, 110 W. 2nd Street. All vehicles must be removed from the Street Fair area by 9:00 AM on Saturday morning. The event will be held rain or shine with no refunds due to weather.
