About This Call

The 24th Parkside National Small Print Exhibition will be held April 9 - July 15, 2015 at the Fine Arts Gallery in the Rita Tallent Picken Regional Center for the Arts and Humanities at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. The exhibition is juried by Michael Barnes, Professor of Printmaking at Northern Illinois University, and will feature a color catalogue and cash purchase prizes.

Open to all artists residing in the United States. All original prints (except photographs) completed in the past two years are eligible. Print and mat or support cannot exceed 18 inches in any dimension. Artists may submit up to 4 entries. The application deadline is March 1, 2015. Notification of acceptance will be sent March 7, 2015. All works accepted must be mailed to UW-Parkside Galleries, 900 Wood Road, Kenosha, WI 53141 no later than March 22, 2015. The opening reception is Wednesday, April 22, 2015. All accepted works will be returned with shipping fees paid by the Exhibition.

The Parkside National Small Print Exhibition was founded at UW-Parkside in 1987 by printmaking professor Doug DeVinny. The tradition continues this spring, showcasing the finest examples of small format, original prints created by artists working throughout the United States for over two decades. Entry fee: $30.00.
