About This Call
The Freeport Art Museum is accepting applications for its 22nd Regional Juried Exhibition. The exhibition runs from May 9th through July 18th, 2026, with an opening reception on Saturday, May 9th from 5-8 PM.
Artists may submit up to four artworks. Entry fees are $45 for up to four works, or $35 for museum members. All works must have been completed within the last two years. Works previously exhibited at the FAM are ineligible. Accepted works must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition.
Submissions will be blind juried by a juror selected by FAM staff. The application deadline is March 2nd, 2026, and artists will be notified of acceptance on March 20th, 2026. Accepted works should be delivered or shipped to arrive between April 16th and April 25th, with a final deadline of 5 PM on Saturday, April 25th, 2025 unless pre-approved by FAM staff. All shipping and transit costs are the artist's responsibility. FAM will insure selected works at fair market value while on the museum premises from delivery through pickup. Works not-for-sale will be listed as NFS but must include a value for insurance purposes. Special installation requirements, including 2D work larger than 5 feet and 3D work over 100 pounds, are welcome but must be approved before submission. Contact FAM with questions or concerns.
