20th Annual Arts in Harmony 2015 International Show

The 20th Annual Arts in Harmony 2015 International Show is open to all living artists. Entries must be original work not previously exhibited in an Arts in Harmony show. Inappropriate subject matter, including nudes, is not acceptable. Media categories include paintings (oil, acrylic, water media), pastels, drawings, hand-pulled prints, mixed media, fiber, batik, photography, ceramics, glass, sculpture, and sequential art. No copies, class work, or fragile work are accepted.

Entry fees are $35 for two images, with each additional image costing $5. A maximum of three artworks may be selected for the exhibition. Entries are accepted online from July 1 through October 31, 2014, with a deadline of October 31, 2014, at 11:59:59 pm Mountain Time. Digital images must meet standard CaFE specifications. The maximum width of the horizontal dimension is 45 inches, including the outer edges of the frame. Free-standing sculpture must fit through a standard door space and be light enough for a manual dolly. All hanging work must be properly framed with a hanging wire. Drawings, prints, photographs, watercolors, and batik not under glass or plexiglass must be completely fixed to a backing board.

Acceptance notification is December 7, 2014. The exhibition runs February 2 through March 26, 2015, at the Sherburne County Government Center in Elk River, MN. A reception is scheduled for February 8, 2015, from 1:00 to 3:30 pm. Accepted artwork can be shipped (with a $15 handling fee per box and prepaid return shipping required) or hand-delivered. Up to $12,250 in awards are available. A travelling exhibition of up to 30 pieces will be displayed at the Arts Alliance headquarters from April 1 to April 23, 2015.
