About This Call
Applications are currently being accepted for 2026 Visiting Artist Residencies. Each year, Museum of Glass (MOG) invites artists to apply for a Visiting Artist Residency in the Hot Shop to explore new ideas and techniques or push the boundaries of a current series. Selected artists have full use of our state-of-the-art Hot Shop and the assistance of MOG's Hot Shop Team. Applications will be selected to support a wide variety of project scopes. For 2026, the committee also strongly encourages proposals that are collaborative in nature, or incorporates artistic ideas across disciplines or material. The selection process will also include one project that draws connects between science and art, which will be awarded the Sheldon Levin Memorial Visiting Artist Residency.
