About This Call
The 2nd Annual Mayfair Arts Festival is a juried, fine arts festival held at the historic Hayden Liberty Center Association of the Arts, 111 West 5th Street, Sedalia, MO. The 1-day, free festival features a juried art fair, artisanal crafts, live music performances, food vendors, and children's activities.
The event takes place Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 10 am to 5 pm. Artist setup is available Saturday morning. There is no fee to submit an application. Early bird submissions are due February 15, 2026 for priority selection, with notification on March 1, 2026. Regular submissions are accepted February 15 through April 9, 2026, with notifications on April 10-11, 2026.
Booth space in the communal artists tent is free and includes a 10'x10' space with one 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Hanging panels are available on a first-come basis. Artists must set up between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and clean up between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. Artists bringing their own tent and display receive a $50 stipend and must follow the same rules as communal tent exhibitors. Four cash prizes are awarded: $500, $300, $200, and $100.
