About This Call
The Berkeley Art Center invites artist members to submit work for the 2026 Members' Exhibition, running June 13 - August 15, 2026. This juried exhibition will be judged by Jackie Im and Aaron Harbour, Directors of Et al. gallery in San Francisco. The call welcomes all artwork mediums and themes from artists living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Submission is free for current members. New and renewing members can sign up at a sliding scale on the Berkeley Art Center website. Two Juror Spotlight Award winners will be selected and invited to participate in an Artist Conversation with the Jurors. An Audience Award will be announced at the exhibition closing. Award winners will receive special consideration.
Work sample requirements: 1-5 total samples, which may include images (1-5), audio (0-5), or video (0-5). Submission deadline is March 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. Accepted artists will be notified in late April 2026. Artwork delivery is scheduled for the last week of May 2026 or by appointment. The Artist's Reception is Saturday, June 13, 3-5 pm.
