2026 Evendale Fine Art Exhibit

The Evendale Cultural Arts Center (ECAC) invites artists to participate in the 2026 Evendale Fine Art Exhibit, a juried fine art exhibition open to artists 21 years and older living or working within a 50-mile radius of Evendale, Ohio. All fine art disciplines are encouraged, including paintings (oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel), mixed media, sketches, etchings, and sculpture. Photography, digital art, painted giclée prints, and reproductions are not eligible. Artists may submit up to five works; up to three may be accepted. All artwork must be original, created entirely by the artist from conception to completion.

Entry fees are $25 for the first image and $5 for each additional image through March 2, 2026 (Early Bird), or $40 for the first image and $15 for each additional image from March 3–9, 2026 (Standard). Evendale residents who submit by the Early Bird deadline may enter free of charge. Digital images must be uploaded to ShowSubmit by Monday, March 9, 2026. Artists will be notified by email and through their ShowSubmit account by March 20, 2026.

Accepted artwork must be hand-delivered to the Evendale Recreation Center (10500 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241). The exhibition runs May 1–4, 2026, with an opening reception Friday, May 1, 6:00–8:00 pm. Artwork must be manageable by one person, with a maximum size of 36" x 36" and maximum weight of 20 pounds for wall-hung work. All framed work must be properly wired with no sawtooth hangers. Awards include Best in Show ($500 and a One-Person Exhibit at ECAC), Second Place ($350), Third Place ($200), and three Honorable Mentions ($75 each). The juror is John Lanzador, a Filipino-born, Cincinnati-based artist and former art educator with more than 33 years of teaching experience.
