2026 BGSU Undergraduate Art Exhibition

The BGSU School of Art invites all eligible undergraduate art students to submit work produced in courses taken at the School of Art for the 2026 Undergraduate Student Art Exhibition. This exhibition is open to all first year, sophomore, and junior students formally admitted to BGSU in a School of Art degree-seeking program. Art students exhibiting in the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 BFA Exhibition are not eligible. Students may enter work not previously shown at BGSU that was created in an art course under the supervision of a School of Art faculty member.

Students may submit up to five total artworks, with a maximum of three entries per category. Categories include First Year Program, Animation/Video/Interactive, Digital Imaging, Ceramics, Drawing, Glass, Jewelry/Metals, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, and Graphic Design. Each artwork requires a separate entry and must include title, media information, year made, medium, and pricing (NFS or sale price). The exhibition runs from February 1-15, 2026.

Artwork in this exhibition may be awarded prizes, purchase awards, and given special notice or publicity. Faculty and invited jurors will have full discretion in selecting student work for inclusion and awards. If artwork is for sale, the Gallery will receive a 20% commission. Accepted artwork must remain in the Gallery for the duration of the exhibition and is not insured.
