2025 VAD Faculty Art Show

The Visual Art & Design Department, in partnership with the School of Arts & Media at Salt Lake Community College, invites full-time and adjunct VAD Division Faculty to participate in the Faculty Art Show. This non-juried exhibition provides an opportunity to showcase the work of faculty members. There is no entry fee.

Faculty may submit up to two works of art. Submissions are made online with a digital copy file and accompanying image for each work. Image specifications: minimum 540px on shortest side, maximum 4600px on longest side, maximum file size 4mb. Accepted file types include jpg, png, mp3, mp4, MOV, and pdf. Eligible categories include Fine Art, Illustration, Photography, Design, Mixed Media, Multimedia, Animation, 3D Design, and Printmaking. All artwork must be gallery ready: flat pieces should be securely mounted, over-matted, or framed; hanging submissions must have secure wall attachment; three-dimensional works must stand securely; Animation and Multimedia works should be at broadcast resolution.

Submissions begin October 16 at midnight and close November 10 at midnight. Art drop-off dates are November 6 (2-5 pm), November 7 (noon-2 pm), and November 10 (2-4 pm). The exhibition runs November 13 through December 23 at the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Art Gallery. An opening reception will be held November 13 from 6-8 pm with light refreshments.
