2025 Texas Juried Exhibition

Artspace111 and the Love Texas Art Foundation announce an open call for submissions for the 2025 Texas Juried Exhibition, juried by renowned Texas artist Jon Flaming. The total prize amount is $15,000, including a $10,000 first prize named the Edmund Craig Memorial Award, which honors the memory and legacy of Kenneth Craig Johnson and Stan Edmund Sewell, supporters of the arts. The Edmund Craig Memorial Award recipient will receive $10,000 and an opportunity to exhibit at Artspace111 in a separate solo or group exhibition in 2026. Additional prizes include $2,000 for second place, $1,000 for third place, and $500 for each of four honorable mentions.

Contemporary 2D and 3D works are eligible for submission. Artists must be 18 years or older and residing in Texas. The entry fee is $50 for one image submission, with additional entries at $5.00 each, limited to 6 images total. Submissions must include at least one artwork and a short artist statement. Selected artists will be notified by June 27, 2025, and award winners will be announced at the opening reception on Saturday, July 26, 2025.

The exhibition runs July 26 - August 23, 2025, at Artspace111 in downtown Fort Worth. The opening reception is Saturday, July 26 from 6-8pm. Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday 11am-5pm and Saturday 11am-2pm. All submitted works must be for sale, with proceeds split 50% to the artist and 50% to the gallery. Work will be insured at Artspace111 but not in transit. Artists are responsible for delivering or shipping work to and from the gallery and must include a return shipping label with shipped work. Artwork must have hardware installed for immediate installation with no adjustments necessary.
