About This Call
The annual Studio Arts Festival is a one-day shopping event highlighting local artisans and crafters. The event is held entirely outdoors adjacent to the Irvine Fine Arts Center in Heritage Community Park on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine. Exhibitors are juried by application, work in a variety of media, and display a high level of expertise in their field.
Exhibitor spaces are 10 ft. x 10 ft. with a maximum of two pre-approved exhibitors per space. Exhibitors who would like to share a space should submit one application. Vendors keep 100% of their sales. This opportunity is open to local and regional artists ages 18 and older. All items for sale must be original artwork produced by the exhibitor; no imports, manufactured goods, or crafts with copyrighted imagery are allowed.
To apply, submit 8-12 images of your craft-works and include an image of your booth setup. If you do not have a photo of a prior booth setup, you can submit a staged booth or mockup of a proposed setup. There is no fee to apply. The booth fee is $135, payable by credit card, cash, or check. A convenience fee of $2.50 will be charged for credit transactions and $1.00 for check and cash transactions (not refundable). All invited exhibitors must acquire a City of Irvine Business License and submit their California Resale Number no later than April 4. Non-Irvine residents can purchase a One-Day Special Event Business License for $23.00. Exhibitors must bring their own tables, chairs, table covers, and canopies with safety weights and have the ability to move their items with minimal to no assistance.
