2025 Spring Members Online Show

The 2025 Spring Members Online Show is open to AAPL members only, including Elected Artist, Fellow, Signature, and Life Members in good standing. Young Artist and Associate Artist Members are not eligible. Artists must be 18 years of age or older. Only representational or realist works will be considered.

Acceptable media includes oil, acrylic, water media, colored pencil, scratchboard, pastel, drawings, graphics (non-mechanical fine art prints), and sculpture. Fine art prints such as woodblocks, linocut, etchings, monotypes, and engravings are eligible. Giclées, photographs, digital prints, painting on photos, mechanical prints, AI or digitally derived works are not eligible. Artwork must be original and not previously exhibited online or in-person with AAPL. There are no minimum or maximum size restrictions. Entries are submitted through ShowSubmit from March 5 to April 16, 2025. Digital files must be submitted in JPEG format at 1500 pixels on the shortest dimension, 300 pixels per inch, with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Sculptors may include 2 images per artwork. Entry fees are $30 for two entries and $10 for each additional entry, with no limit to the number of entries submitted. No refunds are provided for entry or rejected works.

Accepted work will be showcased on AAPLinc.org and listed in the AAPL Artwork Store during the show dates. The show is curated by the AAPL Board of Directors and Guest Juror Elizabeth Rhoades. Notification of accepted works and award winners will be sent via email by Monday, April 28, 2025. Artwork may be listed for sale, with AAPL receiving a 30% commission of the sale price. Artists are responsible for shipping if their work sells.
